Joseph Kestel is a certified project manager professional (PMP) with 20 years of project management experience. Mr. Kestel is a project management speaker and trainer- having provided presentations to Project Management Institute (PMI) Chapters as well as PMI Global Congresses in Europe, North America and Latin American. Mr. Ketsel's areas of expertise include: consulting acumen, project management, program management, project office and program office installation and configuration, customized performance improvement, process reengineering, process improvement, and instructional design and development and training. Mr. Kestel has demonstrated, consistent success through the use of: strong problem solving skills, communication and facilitation skills, commitment to excellence, technical acumen, bureaucracy busting, and team building ability. Joe has strong experience training and working on cross-organizational projects and globally-dispersed projects where collaboration is a must between different business areas, stakeholders and cultures.
 
Upon graduating from Dartmouth College, Adam Spindell embarked on a career of training, interactivity and multimedia. Mr. Spindell served instructional design, programming, technology, project management and supervisory roles for WICAT systems, Northwest Airlines, Fireman’s Fund Insurance, DirectAg and others. Among Adam’s career stops, Executive Producer of the Games division of Rhythm & Hues studio, a Hollywood special effects studio who won Oscars for their work on Babe, Golden Compass and Life of Pi. For the past 15 years, Adam Spindell has served as President of EdChunk, a training and communications company based in Saint Paul, Minnesota. Through Edchunk, Adam has delivered eLearning, virtual tours, video magazines, classroom courses, promotional multimedia and other training and performance support programs. From agriculture to mobile broadband technologies, banking, 3D printers and more,  EdChunk focuses on training and education products andstrategies that solve business problems.
